*** PRICES & POLICIES *** DEPOSITS. All deposits to hold pups are $200. no deposits on grown dogs. Price of all dogs due in full before shipment. NO DOGS SOLD FOR ILLEGAL USE. A contract to this effect must be signed before any dog or pup will be delivered. NO REFUNDS ON ANY DEPOSIT OR PURCHASE. Buyer pays ALL shipping costs on ALL purchases IN ADVANCE of shipment.. Balance must be paid IN FULL by THE DAY the pup turns 8 weeks old. If payment is not received by that time, the deposit is forfeited. Deposits can be applied to other litters, or refunded, only if we cannot provide you with the pup you requested, or in some circumstances with our WRITTEN permision. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: A customer WILL be satisfied with his or her New School dog, or we will replace it with another dog of equal value. This guarantee is good until your dog reaches three (3) years of age - but it is ONLY good if the undesired HEALTHY dog is returned to me AT YOUR COST. The replacement dog would be sent AT OUR COST and up to the value of the dog. New School Kennels also reserves first right to purchase any unwanted dogs. CUSTOMER INCENTIVE FOR EXCELLENCE: If you campaign any dog purchased from New School Kennels to its Championship, or Ace Weight Pull designation, and New School Kennels is properly credited as the breeder, you are entitled to a FREE PUP OR STUD SERVICE for your good work. If you campaign any dog purchased from New School Kennels to Gr Ch level, you are entitled to 3 free pups or stud services. PAYMENTS: ALL payments must be made before pups will be shipped. If you pay by check the dog will not be shipped until the check clears. HEALTH GUARANTEE: All dogs are guaranteed free of genetic defects, and shipped in a healthy state. PRICES: Game Bred pups are priced by private treaty. We occasionally have conformation, pull and pet pups for sale. These pups are priced at $800 (including shipping) and come with all of the above guarantees. |
